I have a tool that is used for making tea pucks, it was popular back in the 90’s and you rarely find them anymore. I make a puck with some everclear to help hold it together when drying and then cut it into cubes. They dissolve easily and can also be swallowed depending on your throat size. I spoke with some friends that weld and if you are handy with metal then I am sure I tool like this could easily be fashioned. If you dip the cubes in food-grade parrafin wax then they resist breaking and can be swallowed if you just pick a side of the cube off.
