By purchasing any of our products on The Kratom Connection, the buyer unconditionally agrees with the following terms, conditions and disclaimer.

The buyer states that he/she is at least 18 years of age. The buyer understands that the products sold on The Kratom Connection (https://thekratomconnection.com) are NOT SOLD for human consumption. Therefore, The Kratom Connection and any affiliates are not liable for any damages whatsoever in relation to the ill-advised consumption of our products. In addition, The Kratom Connection is not liable for any damages that occur as a result of any purchase and/or any use of our products. All of the products and information available on our website are solely intended for ethnobotanical, incense, collection, and educational purposes. Do not use our products or information to diagnose, treat, and/or cure any illness or health condition. The products and statements available on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The buyer accepts full responsibility and liability for any damages that arise in conjunction with the purchase and/or use of any of our products.

The buyer understands and agrees that is their responsibility to follow all local laws and regulations. It is the responsibility of the buyer to stay abreast of all local laws and regulations. The Kratom Connection has no legal responsibility of informing any buyer of their local laws and regulations as it pertains to the purchase, possession and/or use of kratom and any of its alkaloid properties. By purchasing a product from this website, the buyer agrees unconditionally to the above terms and conditions.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final. An exchange or store credit may be available in certain circumstances. In order to qualify for an exchange or store credit, you must return the original purchased product. The Kratom Connection may deny an exchange or store credit if the returned product has been opened.

Illegitimate chargebacks will be contested and/or sent to collections for the original amount, with the addition of a $65 fee. The Kratom Connection does not assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any returned products for any reason. All orders are adequately packed and inspected before shipment to you. If you would like to request a refund, please send an e-mail to contactus(at)thekratomconnection.com or fill out the contact form on this page: Contact Us. Please include your name, order #, and the reason you are requesting a refund in your message. If you would like to call us to discuss your refund, please call our support line @ (858) 598-3005 and a member of our team will assist you. If a refund is granted, please send all unopened product associated with your order to the address below.
