Warnings & Responsible Use

At The Kratom Connection, we are committed to offering high-quality kratom and helping our customers use it responsibly. Kratom can offer a range of benefits when used thoughtfully, but it’s important to understand the potential risks and take steps to use it safely.

Responsible Use

Kratom is a powerful botanical that interacts with the body in complex ways. Like many substances, it can become habit-forming if overused. We encourage all customers to approach kratom with care, moderation, and awareness.

To reduce potential risks:

  • Always start with the lowest possible serving size.
  • Avoid taking kratom more than once within a 24-hour period.
  • Do not combine kratom with alcohol, prescription medications, or other substances.
  • Take regular breaks and avoid long-term or daily use without guidance from a healthcare provider.

Risk of Dependence

Frequent or high-dose use of kratom may lead to tolerance, dependence, or withdrawal symptoms. Kratom does interact with some of the same receptors in the brain. This means that, over time, the body may come to rely on it.

If you find yourself increasing your dose regularly, using kratom more often than intended, or feeling uncomfortable when not using it, you may be developing a dependence. If that happens, we recommend:

  • Taking a break or tapering use gradually
  • Speaking with a healthcare provider
  • Reaching out to us for support or to pause future orders

We’re here to help — discreetly and without judgment.

Who Should Not Use Kratom

Kratom is not recommended for individuals who are:

  • Under the age of 21
  • Pregnant or nursing
  • Taking prescription medications (especially opioids, antidepressants, or sedatives)
  • Dealing with liver, kidney, or heart conditions
  • Operating heavy machinery or vehicles

Before trying kratom, we recommend speaking with your doctor—especially if you take medications or have underlying health concerns. Kratom is not approved by the FDA and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any illness.
