You are not going to find a vendor with better customer service. I have been ordering for quite some time and I have always received a response the same day unless it was a holiday or a Sunday. I usually receive a response within an hour of reaching out, which is crazy! The quality has always been great as well, never any issues. Sometimes a package might be late, but it is USPS because the order is shipped out same day as promised unless I reach out after 1PM PST which is the cutoff. Very, very happy customer here! Spreading the word whenever I can!

When the package arrived, I immediately noticed that some of the bags the capsules were covered in powder which makes a gross taste when swallowing. I reached out to customer service, and while they offered a discount, it was still frustrating to deal with. On top of that, the effects didn’t seem to hit as hard as I had hoped. I only felt a mild boost in energy, and it didn’t last long as I had hoped. I would rather just drink coffee, good ol’reliable!
