I have been taking Kratom for over a year-and-a-half now maybe even closer to two years. I've tried a few strains and powder and capsule forms. White vein Borneo seems to be the best strain of Kratom for my needs. I started taking it to help with energy. I started out taking white manga but it was just not giving me the energy I wanted. After much research I found Borneo white vein kratom to be the all-time best for me.
